  • Shipping

    Processing takes about a week to get your order ready and out the door. For my fellow U.S. peeps, once it’s shipped, it usually takes about 1-4 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

    I'm not shipping internationally just yet (I will let you know as soon as I do!)

    You will receive an email with tracking info once your order is on its way! For added security, I require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.

    I do my best to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, but if it gets lost due to an "insufficient address" or any other issue beyond my control, I can’t be held responsible. No refunds in those cases, unfortunately.

  • Returns

    If you’re not vibing with your gemstone, no worries—I’ve got your back. You can get a refund within 7 days of receiving it. Just make sure the gem is in its original condition when you send it back, and once I get it and check it out, I’ll process your refund.

    Just a heads up, though: return shipping and any customs fees are on you, and I will not refund the original shipping charges. Be sure to reach out to me before sending anything back so we can figure out the best way to sort things out together.

  • Gemstone Care

    Your gemstone is a one-of-a-kind piece, so giving it some extra love will help it stay beautiful for years to come. Most gemstones are tough, but they’re not invincible. Avoid exposing your gem to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or sudden impacts that could cause damage.

    If your gemstone has inclusions (those tiny natural marks or features inside the stone) be extra gentle. Inclusions add unique character to your gem, but they can also make it more sensitive to pressure or knocks. Always store your loose gemstones separately to avoid scratches and keep them in a soft pouch or lined box. Steer clear of ultrasonic cleaners or steamers, as they can be too intense, especially for gems with inclusions.
